Moorcroft Pottery- Large 14 inch Wide Bowl In Berry & Leaf Pattern – circa 1930’s

An exquisite shallow bowl made by William Moorcroft, it dates circa 1930’s. It is beautifully designed, and hand-painted with free flowing strokes in vivid colours of red, green, yellow and blue. It features a whimsical  composition of leaves and berries in the charming ‘Berry and Leaf’ pattern, also referred to as autumn leaf in earlier pieces.

Marked: Moorcroft Pottery. Impressed Marks: Potter to HM the Queen. Made in England.
