Here is a lovely oil painting on board by the Canadian artist M.F. Kousal (1902-1990), signed in the lower right corner. The painting is entitled “Late Autumn” and is housed in a carved wooden frame.

The painting with frame measures 34 3/4 inches wide x 28 inches tall.

It is in excellent condition.
