Old Sheffield Plate Georgian Wine Funnel

A fine Old Sheffield silver-plated wine funnel, it dates early 19th century. It features a lovely plain form , a detachable inner bowl mounted with a gadroon border.  The tall stem with ribs is used to enable air to escape the decanter and wine.

Marked: No Mark.

Measures: 5 1/2 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
