v** SOLD ARCHIVES **vA lovely pair of French Empire period black and gilt bronze table lamps, c. 1820. The lamps have double lights with chain pulls. Originally urns, these have been converted to lamps.
The lamps have gilt bronze edging and accents, with a gilt bronze mounts on each lamp front showing two men in medieval dress.
The lamps are each 24 inches tall from the base to the finial and are 4 inches square at the base. They come with 2 matching rectangular shaped fabric shades.
Both are in very good condition.
