Bing & Grondahl Denmark Porcelain Figurine of Old Woman Selling Seafood

Here is a lovely large, heavy, porcelain figurine of an old woman seated on a bench, surrounded by baskets of fish, eels and other shellfish.

The figurine is signed by the artist, “Axel Locher” on the back and, on the underside shows the factory marks for B & G Copenhagen Denmark.

It is also numbered “2233” and “767” on the underside.

The figurine measures 9 inches in height x 5 3/4 inches in width and is in excellent condition.
