B & G (Bing & Grondahl) Denmark Large Porcelain Figurine – “The Baker”

Here is a wonderful large porcelain figurine of a baker, looking down at the ground by Bing & Grondahl – Denmark.

The figurine is signed by the artist on the back and, on the underside, shows the following “B & G Kogenhavn Denmark 1786 SN”.

Measures:  11 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches wide at the base. It is in excellent condition.
