English Silver-Plate Roll-Top Breakfast Server With Removable Pierced Insert, Claw and Ball Feet

A lovely English silver-plate roll-top breakfast server with Empire style legs, ball and claw feet and geometric patterns Art Deco pattern on the front and handles. There is also a removable pierced insert and a hole in the dome cover to insert a serving spoon or fork.

The underside shows some maker’s marks “H&S” “E.P.”and is stamped “Hard Soldered”.

The piece measures 14 1/4 inches long from handle to handle and is 8 1/2 inches wide. It stands 9 1/2 inches tall with the dome closed.

It is in very good condition.
