21 Piece Hand Painted Porcelain Fish Service, Made in France for Birks, c.1950s

A wonderful hand-painted porcelain fish set – each with a different fish on each plate, made in France for Birks, c. 1950s.

The set consists of:

18 plates – 9 1/4 inches in diameter
1 large oblong Fish serving platter – 23 1/2 inches long x 8 inches wide
1 sauce dish – 7 inches long x 3 3/4 inches wide
1 underplate – 9 1/4 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide

Total: 21 pieces

The underside of each piece shows the Birks maker’s mark and reads “Hand Painted. Made in France”.

All pieces are in very good condition.
