3 Piece Birks Sterling Silver Meat Carving Set – “Saxon Pattern”

Here is a lovely 3 piece meat carving set by Birks Sterling in the “Saxon Pattern”. The set consists of a carving knife, fork, and sharpener. All have sterling silver handles with stainless blades made in England.  The Saxon pattern is simple and elegant.

The carving knife measures 13 3/4 inches long x 1 1/2 inches wide on the blade.
The fork is 10 1/8 inches long X 3/4 of an inch wide across the tines.The sharpener is 12 inches long X 1/2 inch in diameter and is made of forged steel.

There is some slight surface scratching on the blades from use but, overall, the set is in very good condition.
