.935 Sterling Silver Pink Enamel Guilloché Egg Shape Snuff Box from Austria

This rare pink guilloché enamelled egg shaped snuff box is exquisite.
It has a delicate pink enamel over a guillochéd silver form. Expertly created by a true master because of the extreme difficulty of doing guilloché work over a curved surface such as this.  The box opens to reveal a heavy gilt gold interior that is highly polished and unblemished.  Hallmarks show Austrian silver marks for .935 as well as French import marks.

Box measures:  2 1/4 inches long x  1  3/4 inches wide.
