v** SOLD ARCHIVES **vHere is a lovely Japanese bronze urn, c. 1850-1860, on a stand. The urn is wonderfully decorated with animal faces at the tops of the 4 feet, insect handles, a phoenix on each side of the body of the urn as well as other scrolls patterns and other decorations.
The urn is 13 1/2 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches in diameter at the base.
(Please note that there are some light scratch marks on the bronze near one of the handles, on the stand near one of the feet, and on the inside of the upper rim)
