Pair of Chinese Painted Porcelain Demi-Tasse Cups and Saucers – “Famille Rose” Pattern

A lovely pair of Chinese painted porcelain demi-tasse cups and saucers in the “Famille Rose” pattern. Each piece has a white background, base, underside and interior. They are wonderfully decorated with colourful scenes of figures, fruit, flowers and leaves as well as birds.

Each cup is 2 3/4 inches wide from the rim to the handle and stands 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucers are 4 1/2 inches in diameter.

Note: there is some age paint wear and a chip on the rim of one of the saucers as well as some roughness on the base rims of the cups.
