The underside of the plate shows the Shelley maker’s mark and it reads “Fine Bone China. Shelley England. Rd. 272101” and, in paint, “051/8”.
The cake plate is 9 1/2 inches long from handle to handle and is 8 1/4 inches wide.
It is in excellent condition.
