Wavecrest American Decorated Glass Biscuit Barrel with Silver-Plated Handle and Lid, c. 1880

An American Wavecrest glass biscuit barrel with a decorated silver-plated lid and handle, circa 1880. The biscuit barrel has a cream background and is decorated around each of the 4 sides with flowers and buds in blue with brown leaves and foliage.

The biscuit barrel with handle stands 10 inches tall and is 4 3/4 inches wide on each side.

It is in excellent condition.
