Chinese Painted Porcelain Wide Mouth Cup and Saucer – “Famille Rose” Pattern

A lovely Chinese painted porcelain wide mouth cup and saucer in the “Famille Rose” pattern. The pieces have a white background, base, underside and interior. They are wonderfully decorated with colourful scenes of figures, fruit, flowers and leaves as well as birds.

The tea cup is 4 inches wide from the rim to the handle and stands 2 inches tall. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches wide.

Note: there is some slight age paint wear and some roughness on the underside rim. However, overall, the set is in good condition.
